Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been singing my heart out.  I loved listening to the famous country stars on the radio.  Some of my favorites include Faith Hill, Martina McBride and Tim McGraw.  I’m from Texas and my family has always been into country music.  By the time I was 10 years old my mom started putting me in singing competitions.  I won every single one of them.  Not only was I a fantastic singer, I was also a great performer.  Everyone always said I had such amazing stage presence.  Of course at 10 years old, I really didn’t have a clue what they were talking about. 

I have been watching the T.V. show Nashville Star for a few years now and have always dreamed of being on it.  I’m 18 years old now and want to audition.  I recently heard that auditions are just around the corner.  I want go and try out for the show but I don’t have the money to fly out there and get a hotel for a couple of nights.  But this is what I want to do.  I want to be a country music star.  I need to find a way to get some fast cash.
